Here’s what we recommend for the best experience:

  • If possible, arrange for a private area without anyone within hearing distance. Turn off alarms and any other disturbances if possible.
  • Make sure that you are facing a well-lit area.
  • Computers, tablets, and phones are all acceptable.
  • The latest version of Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, or Safari is recommended.
  • It’s ideal if you can connect to the internet by wire, but not essential, and will provide the best experience. Ask family members not to stream while you’re on your session if you’re using wi-fi.
  • Close any other applications or browser windows.
  • Plug your earphones or earbuds into your device to maintain privacy and improve sound quality.
